Letoile Becquerel 「レトゥア・ベクレル Retua Bekureru」 is a noblewoman and a member of the Clover Kingdom's Golden Dawn squad of the Magic Knights. She also is the human host for the elf Kivn.[1]
Appearance
Letoile is a bespectacled young woman of below average height with purple eyes and long, green hair tied in a ponytail. She is usually seen wearing the Golden Dawn's squad robes.
While possessed by Kivn, a red tattoo of concentric circles appears on her forehead and her ears become pointed.[2]

Letoile is a serious individual, who puts her comrades' well being before anything.
Biography
After Patolli sets the last magic stone in the sephirot, Letoile is possessed by Kivn and gathers together with the other possessed Golden Dawns.[3]
Later that night, all the remaining elves are exorcised after William Vangeance and Licht combine their magic to connect the elves to a giant tree through which Asta sends Anti Magic.[4]
A few days later, Letoile and another Golden Dawn encounter Langris Vaude and Finral Roulacase in a hallway of the Golden Dawn base. Finral asks the two women out on a date, and Langris chastises him for the behavior and storms off.[5]
Letoile and Klaus are impaled by Zenon's magic.
Six months later, three Spade Kingdom mages attack the Golden Dawn base. The Dark Disciple Foyal Migusteau traps Letoile and several other Golden Dawns in the courtyard with his Mist Magic. Taking shelter in Another Atlas, Letoile tries to locate the real Foyal but the mists hinder her spells. When Yuno arrives and uses his Wind Magic to reveal Foyal's real body, Letoile seizes the opportunity and raises Another Atlas around Foyal, stripping away his mists. Klaus Lunettes follows up and hits Foyal with Blazing Spiral Lance, knocking him unconscious. As the three Golden Dawns talk, part of the ceiling crumbles and reveals that Zenon Zogratis has defeated William.[6] When Zenon attacks them, Letoile and Klaus combine defensive spells, but the Eternal Fangs break through and impale the pair.[7]
After Zenon leaves, William's Budding of Yggdrasil activates and heals the many injured Knights. Letoile wakes up and is saddened by the deaths of her comrades.[8]

- Large Magic Power: As a noblewoman, Letoile possesses a large amount of magic power. After being freed from Kivn's possession, Letoile retains some of the elf's magic.[10]
Equipment
- Grimoire: Letoile possesses a three-leaf clover grimoire that contains various compass-based magic spells.[9] The covers have large compass roses.[11]
Trivia
- Her name may be based on l'étoile, French for "star", while her surname may come from Henri Becquerel, a French physicist who was the first to discover evidence of radioactivity.
