Summary[]
Mars and Fanzell explain to Mimosa that they've come to fulfil their promise to Asta help him in his time of need and face Moris. Ladros notes the irony that Moris, who once experiment on people and toyed with their life, has become a monster himself. Moris is surprised to be fighting his former test subjects, but Feremena, his former greatest success with his experiments and host of the earth spirit, tells him they have grown stronger even without his modifications and attacks him with the other Diamond Kingdom mages while Fanzell uses his Wind Magic to send Mimosa and Asta to safety.
Yuno continues to battle Lucius, but the latter commands his Guardian Angels to attack the citizens. Neige tries to protect some citizens from an angel, but a cube magic tool suddenly rises from the ground and deflects the angel's attack while more cubes appear. Millie Maxwell makes a public announcement revealing the Magic Tools Research Lab has come to aid the fight. Among the scientists is Sally, who finally understands what Asta meant when he told her she should use her research for the sake of others after seeing how grateful people where for her help. Valtos uses his Spatial Magic to help the researchers fire special bullets, which Sally developed from studying Asta's magicless constitution, at the angels which prevents them from using magic for five seconds. In the brief moment in which the angels are powerless, Rades uses his Soul Corpse Magic to destroy one of the angels by releasing the souls trapped inside, and bitterly notes Asta was right about him having to reform. The numbers of angels threatens to be too much, but Patolli and the Third Eye also come to help and begin destroying them, promising to protect humanity this time. As she continues to heal Asta, Mimosa praises his ability to turn his enemies to allies.
