Summary

While the other Magic Knight Captains approach Lucifero, Rill Boismortier extends streams to them from his Twilight of Valhalla, strengthening them and enabling them to withstand Lucifero's Gravity Magic. Jack the Ripper and Mereoleona Vermillion leap at the devil and rapidly attack him, but he blocks all of their attacks without getting cut or burned. Lucifero then hits Jack over the head, sending him crashing into the ground, and catches Mereoleona's incoming fist, squeezing and breaking her forearm. When Lucifero punches her away, Nozel Silva catches her while also sending several spears to hit the devil; however, Lucifero suddenly grabs Nozel's face and throws him into the ground. Fuegoleon Vermillion and Salamander blast Lucifero with Salamander's Breath from behind, but the devil is unaffected by the flames. When Fuegoleon tries to punch Lucifero, the devil grabs Salamander by the mouth and swings it into Fuegoleon, slamming him into the ground. Dorothy Unsworth also tries to ambush Lucifero, but he disperses her Dream Magic.

From afar, Sekke Bronzazza watches in despair as the captains attack to no avail. After destroying Charlotte Roselei's Briar Magic and Rill's Master of Valhalla, Lucifero is disgusted that humans would dare challenge him rather than lying prostrate before him. Mereoleona tries to punch him again, but he knocks her back. She and the other captains refuse to give up because they are the top-ranked Magic Knights. Asta then appears behind Lucifero and swings for his head while declaring that the devil does not understand how great the captains are.
