Believe in Me 「オレを信じる Ore o Shinjiru」 is the 18th chapter of Tashiro Yumiya's Black Clover Gaiden: Quartet Knights.
Summary
At the Royal Capital, Marx inform Julius that the Black Bulls are heading to the Quicksand Dungeon in order to pursue Karna. Julius comments about how the captain of the Green Mantis, Jack, is also heading to the Quicksand Dungeon. Julius comments about how it would be great if they cooperate, but Marx informs Julius that the Green Mantis hasn't arrived at the Quicksand Dungeon yet. Marx also says that Jack had told him that he was never told of the plan, which it is shown that Jack is frustrated that he was not included with the plan. Julius says that the Jack they met with was an impostor and that they have fed information to the enemy. Julius then thinks about how Asta and Yami should try to do the impossible.
At the Quicksand Dungeon, Yami attacks the sand monster and manages to defeat it. Yami says that they need to catch up to Luck fast and asks where to go, but they reply that they don't know. Noelle says that Mana detection is Luck's speciality and that its impossible for her with this kind of dungeon. Asta says that he doesn't have any magic, which Yami wonders if he selected the wrong people. Asta suggests that they just head off in a random direction, but Noelle wonders if that is okay since the dungeon might get destroy if they do that. Nero flies up and point the way, which Asta comments about how Nero is showing them that way again. Yami says that they will be able to catch up to Luck by heading that way, when the Sand Monster suddenly catches Yami. Asta thinks about how he was off guard in detecting Ki, while Yami thinks about how the Sand Monster is dragging Yami into itself. Noelle tells Asta to use his sword, which Asta replies that he could cut Yami. Yami tells the two that he is fine and that they should just go after the enemy. Noelle tries to worn Yami, but Yami tells her to not worry and that they should believe in him since he will definitely get there. Asta starts to leave and tells Noelle that they are going, which Noelle is confused by this. Asta tells Yami to not make them wait and to come after them for sure.
Elsewhere, Luck arrives at a location in the dungeon and comments about how Yami was right. Luck says that he has felt this mana before and look at Vetto the Despair of the Eye of the Midnight Sun. Vetto says that he has gotten tired of waiting, so he will bring Luck despair.
