Black Bulls vs. Moris Libardirt is a fight that occurs in the Spade Kingdom Castle's ritual chamber.
Pre-Fight[]
After the death of Zenon, the last of the Dark Triad are defeated, but the Qliphoth Ritual is continued by Moris. Using his Modification Magic, Moris has altered the ritual, so it only needs him as an activator so long as he still has the magics and lives of Yami Sukehiro and William Vangeance. Inside the Ritual Chamber, Dorothy Unsworth, who was brought to the chamber by Walgner, lies injured and defeated alongside Lotus Whomalt, who attempted to betray Moris after realizing the true extent of his plans only to lose a part of his right arm. Moris praises that Dorothy's Dream Magic would normally be invincible if his new power as a Devil Host hadn't allow him to alter intangible concepts. Lucifero speaks through Moris and reveals it has prepared a method of escaping the Underworld once the second gate opens, having observed Megicula's previous escape attempt to test its own plan. Moris then fuses several devils together using Operation to attack Lotus after he refuses to return to his side. However, The Raging Black Bull breaks into the chamber ridden by Gauche Adlai, Grey, Gordon Agrippa, Vanessa Enoteca, and Henry Legolant and destroys the devil with a massive punch.[1]
Fight[]
Moris remembers Dante telling him about the many interesting magics among the Black Bulls and creates several large tendrils out of devil flesh he uses to start disassembling the base. With the power of a Devil Host, Moris is able to cancel out Vanessa's Fate Manipulation and make a hole exposing the Black Bulls. Boasting that single touch of his magic will kill them, Moris attacks with a tendril, but Grey uses her newly discovered Transmutation Magic to transform it into harmless flowers with Magic Convert. Fascinated by Grey's magic, Moris unleashes all his of his tendrils at once to overwhelm her. Grey intervenes and uses Mirrors Brigade on Grey to create enough copies to neutralize all of the tendrils.[2]
Moris then utilizes the Gravity Magic he obtained from his contract with Lucifero and pins the base with Presence of the Demon King, knowing Grey's magic won't be able to affect gravity. Gordon counters the spell by using Curse-Worker's Neighbor on Henry, allowing the latter to control his curse and choose who the curse affects. Using his magic stealing curse on Moris, Henry weakens him while using the stolen magic to empower the base, allowing the base to break free of the gravity and punch Moris into a wall.[3]
A confused and desperate Moris rises and proclaims himself superior through his experimentation and power as a devil host while the rest of the Black Bulls arrive from across the castle. Asta smashes Morris across the face with the Demon-Dweller Sword, knocking the scholar out, declaring he doesn't care who he is while demanding the return of their captain.[4]
Post-Fight[]
The Black Bulls storm into the center of the ritual to save their captain, but Lucifero forcibly extracts the last of Moris's magic and life force to open the second gate of the Underworld. With the second gate opened, a new wave of devils emerge and Lucifero makes his play to manifest. The devils immediately fall under Lucifero's power to control lower ranked demons and forcibly merged into a giant monster for Lucifero to manifest into. The monster destroys the castle and Yami, William, and Moris's remains are swallowed up by the rampaging mass.[5]
