The Grimoire 「
Description
Grimoires are magical items that greatly enhance the user's ability to use magic. They are usually granted to users during a Grimoire Acceptance Ceremony.[1][2][3] They also serve as a written record for all of a user's spells. As the owner of a grimoire grows, new magic spells are inscribed into the book.[4][5][6]
Because grimoires are connected to their owners, mages cannot use another's grimoire,[7][3] and grimoires dissolve as their owners die.[8][9][10]
Grimoires of sorcerers from the Clover Kingdom and the Diamond Kingdom have clover insignias and diamond insignias, respectively, on their front covers.

Trivia
- The grimoire term and concept come from real-world instructional textbooks on magic.

- Faith, hope, love are the three theological virtues of Christianity.
- The three-leaf clover symbolism is similar to the legend of St. Patrick using a shamrock to illustrate the Christian Holy Trinity.
- According to superstition, four-leaf clovers are considered good luck.
