I just realized that Astaroth name has Asta in it. Doesn’t it mean something? Maybe. Maybe not. Are they related? Probably not, but it would be cool.

Does anyone else see some of the similarities between Black Asta and the second stage of Shell Bullet?

We all know how excited julius gets when he sees new magic, however each time asta has shown his demon powers (black asta), Julius doesn’t bat an eye and usually just goes “Ah it seems Asta has mastered another power” and not him going crazy with his eyes sparkling. Has anyone else noticed that? Does he know its origins and or know what is to come of asta?

In the series, Asta's mother was revealed to be a woman named Richita. She was revealed to be able to suck out the magic and life force of anyone she came into contact with. Given the fact that Richita can absorb the magic and life force of anyone she comes in contact with, I can't help but wonder: is she the reason why Asta didn't have any magic? Is it possible that Asta was born with magic; but Richita may've accidentally sucked it out when she came into contact with him? Is that possible? What do you think?

One of things that continues to go on is Noelle not telling her feelings to Asta or her knowing he wanted to Marry the nun that took care of him when he was young, Sister Lily. Well she did find out right before Asta was sent to Hino Country, Yami home country. But in the early episodes of Black clover(between episode 7 or 9) Asta told Noelle that he wanted to marry the nun at his church. I don’t if this was just in the anime and not in the manga, if not why didn’t she remember it. Noelle probably didn’t take him seriously and because of her stubborn nature took her a long time to admit she like him, but I still think she would remember that. They could have retcon or be some kind of mistake of the writers but it’s not mentioned on this wiki so what happened.
